The ERUPT RACKLESS system is designed to carry luggage on adventure bikes in the traditional 3 bag system – 2 side panniers and a tail bag, without pannier frames or saddle stays and keep luggage safely and securely tethered to the bike. Ergonomically designed and constructed out of laser cut double layered HYPALON and 800 GSM backing PVC Raft Tarp fabric, industrial webbings, and fittings, these are designed to carry your ride supplies over road and off-road terrain, without adding the additional weight of metal pannier frames.

It is supplied with 2 x 24 litre removable drybags for each side pouch and the easily detachable "beaver tail" will wrap around more or less any tail bag allows you choose although the MAX20, MAX30 and TUBE20 are all a perfect fit. You can also use the beaver tail to stash a jacket or tent. Please note that some of the photos used show the beaver tail holding a TUBE20 tailpack which is not included as standard.

• Extendable cinching straps on the Beavertail allow a second tail bag or duffle to be strapped within and the Molle panel allows easy attachment of many other items.
• Virtually failproof sheet metal cam buckles/ Zero displacement mounting.
• High visibility 3M reflective elements.
• Negates the use of pannier frames or saddle stays completely.

Choose Regular fit for: 

KTM EXC/EXC-F, 390 ADV, GS 310, Honda CB 500X, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, Scram, Voge Rally 300, AJP PR7,  Kove 450 (unless you have aftermarket side racks / in which case choose X-wide. you'll also need to configure an attachment as you've no pillion pegs) , KTM 690 / Husky 701 (note you will need to unclip the rear for refuelling or choose the fuel-cut-out model), For CFMoto 450 you need to remove the factory fit grab handles for the Regular width OR keep the grab handles and also fit some side luggage plates then choose the x-wide version.

Tenere 700, Super Tenere, XTZ750, Honda CRF 250L / 300L, Aprilia Tuareg, Triumph Tiger XC, Africa Twin CRF, KTM 790, 890, 990, 1190, 1290 ADV, BMW GS850, 1200, 1250, 1300, VStrom 800, Kove 450 (Only if you have an aftermarket rear rack/side plates), CFMoto 450 Only if you retain the factory grab handles AND fit side luggage plates.

IMPORTANT - Check that the luggage cannot make direct contact with the exhaust or damage will occur! If necessary fit an exhaust heat shield (eg TVH) if you do not already have one.

PLEASE NOTE - Some of the photos show the beaver tail in use wrapped around a TUBE20 tailpack. The TUBE20 is not included but can be purchased separately.
