Refund policy
TOTAL SATISFACTION - YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL AS A CONSUMER
Should you be unhappy with any item you purchase from JAQTrading ltd simply return it to us (within fourteen days of receipt) and we'll refund the cost of the goods in full. Should you wish to return an item to us please note the following;
1) Goods must be returned to us in pristine condition and with all original product packaging and accessories.
2) Due to the nature of the goods that we sell there are certain items that may not be returned for refund. These items include custom made and special order items Such goods will of course be replaced under guarantee if found to be defective.
3) Unwanted items not notified to us within fourteen days of receipt may not be accepted back for refund or may be subject to additional fees.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel a contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or
(c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Please note that business to business transactions are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations returns policy.
FAULTY PRODUCTS
If you think a product supplied by us is faulty or has developed a fault within the warranty period please contact us by any of the listed methods, (email being preferred). Very often we can advise solutions without the need to return goods to us. Faulty goods will be replaced or refunded accordingly and you will be kept informed at all times. Should the goods be deemed not faulty after testing we will contact you and do our best to help you through the installation and set-up procedure as required. Charges may apply for the expense of returning items and you will be advised should this be the case.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
If you need to send any item back to us please package the product such that it will not be damaged in transit (and so that the items own retail packaging is not damaged) and send it to the address below. For your protection we strongly advise you to use a postage method that provides proof of delivery. Please include your name address, copy of your receipt and a quick note to say why you've returned the item and what action you would like us to take.

Important please note:
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Delivery charges other than our standard delivery (for example next day, Saturday delivery and overseas delivery) form part of a separate contract for service which may not be cancelled once executed. The Consumer Contracts Regulations and right to cancel do not apply to Business to Business transactions.
